Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team based in Bogotá, Bogotá D.C., Colombia. Key Responsibilities Collect, process, and analyze large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data findings for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and performance indicators. Perform data cleansing and validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data. Assist in forecasting and analyzing trends that inform business strategy and operations. Present findings and recommendations to management and team members, making complex data understandable. Engage in continuous learning to stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Data Science or a related field. Proven experience in Data Analysis. Proficiency in data analysis software and tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and reporting techniques. 1-3 years of experience in a data analysis role is preferred.
