Job description
Employer testing account is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Data Analyst for a full-time, on-site role in Bogotá, Colombia. Join a growing organization and use data to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process data to maintain high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Use Excel and its advanced functions and analysis tools to analyze data and create actionable reports.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations that communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and strategy.
- Support predictive modeling to forecast trends and identify improvement opportunities.
- Present analytical findings clearly to management and support strategic discussions.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- For mid-level roles, 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or a related position is preferred.
- Recent graduates with relevant internships or coursework are welcome to apply for entry-level opportunities.
Work Environment
