Job description
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ year experience in Customer Service, Operations, Technical Support, Data Collection, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience troubleshooting software amp; hardware issues
- Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Mac OS
- Preferred: Data Collection / User Research
- Preferred: Technology Operations / Technical Support
Schedule
- Monday–Friday | Shifts between 7:00 AM–8:30 PM EST
- Direct Hire

- $22/hour
