Data Consultant/Analyst

Tasks

• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
• Conduct hypothesis testing and experiments to validate findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.
• Apply AI tools and RAG-based approaches to analytics and automation.
• Build reproducible data analysis pipelines using Python.
• Present actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong SQL expertise, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
• Proficiency in Python, including NumPy and Pandas.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and generating actionable business insights.
• Experience using AI tools for data analysis and insight generation.
• Understanding of Agentic AI, RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong statistical knowledge, including hypothesis testing and A/B testing.
• Experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM), data quality, and data governance.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
