Job description
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance
- 5+ years of professional IT experience (BS degree required, or 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree).
- Azure Data Factory (ADF): Hands-on experience designing pipelines, data flows, triggers, and parameterization.
- Azure Blob Storage: Managing containers, access tiers, and lifecycle policies.
- Azure SQL (Database/Managed Instance): Schema design, indexing, and query performance tuning.
- Data Modeling: Practical experience with Star/Snowflake schemas, 3NF, and Data Vault concepts (Kimball vs. Inmon).
- Scripting: Working with JSON, Parquet, CSV, Avro, and strong Python scripting skills.
- DevOps: Experience with Git and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Bonus points for Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or Terraform/Bicep!
