Data Entry Clerk

This is a full-time, on-site Data Entry role based in San Pedro Sula. The Data Entry team member will accurately input, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing source documents for completeness, identifying and correcting errors, and organizing records for easy retrieval.
The role also involves preparing basic reports, responding to internal data requests, and coordinating with other team members to support administrative and customer-related processes. The person in this role is expected to follow established procedures, meet productivity and quality targets, and support a smooth office workflow.
Qualifications
Strong Typing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately.Solid Computer Literacy, including proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing software, and data entry systems.Effective Communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and clarifying information as needed.Customer Service experience to handle basic inquiries and provide courteous, timely responses.Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as organizing files, managing routine documentation, and supporting office procedures.Ability to follow instructions, adhere to data security standards, and maintain confidentiality.Strong organizational and time management skills to manage repetitive tasks and meet deadlines.High school diploma or equivalent; prior data entry or office experience is an advantage.
