Data Entry Clerk – Houston, TX (Remote Eligible)

Acedevshop is hiring a detail-oriented, full-time Data Entry Clerk in Houston, Texas. This role supports accurate data management by entering, reviewing, and maintaining essential information. The position is remote eligible, with work arrangements to be confirmed during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update information accurately in databases and other systems.
• Review records for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
• Protect data integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Organize and file physical and electronic documents.
• Prepare data reports and summaries for management.
• Work with colleagues to improve data entry processes and workflows.
• Provide general administrative support for office operations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous data entry or related experience preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with data management systems is a plus.
