• Assist with organizing and filing both physical and electronic documents.
• Generate data reports and summaries for management as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance data entry workflows and processes.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred.
• Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with data management systems is a plus.
