Key Responsibilities

• Perform precise data entry tasks, maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer information.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear information and resolving issues.
• Use customer management systems to track interactions and follow up as needed.
• Compile and generate reports on customer data trends and service feedback.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to improve data workflows and service quality.
• Participate in team meetings to review performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail with proven data entry proficiency.
