Key Responsibilities Efficiently input and update data into company database systems with high accuracy Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure integrity and reliability Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies promptly Organize and maintain both physical and electronic records systematically Collaborate on process improvement projects to enhance data entry efficiency Generate weekly and monthly reports highlighting data trends and discrepancies for management review Assist in training new staff on data management best practices and procedures Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 WPM Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all data entry tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with data management software such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets 1-3 years of data entry or related experience preferred Work within a collaborative team environment under the guidance of the Data Management Supervisor.
