Data Entry Operator – Denver, Colorado

RKI Instruments is hiring a full-time Data Entry Operator in Denver, Colorado. This role supports accurate recordkeeping and efficient data management. The position is remote-eligible, with close guidance from the Data Management Supervisor.

Pay: $45,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update information in database systems accurately and efficiently.
• Perform regular checks to maintain data integrity and quality.
• Coordinate with team members to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic records.
• Help improve data entry processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on data trends and discrepancies.
• Support training for new staff on data management procedures and best practices.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data management tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• One to three years of data entry or related experience preferred.
