Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Operator to join our team in Denver, Colorado. Key Responsibilities Input and update data into our database systems efficiently and accurately Ensure the integrity and quality of the data being entered by conducting regular checks Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies Organize and maintain physical and electronic records in a systematic manner Collaborate on projects to improve data entry processes and identify areas for efficiency gains Generate weekly and monthly reports on data trends and discrepancies for management review Assist with training new staff on data management best practices and procedures Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Proficient typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40 WPM Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with data management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) 1-3 years of experience in data entry or a related field preferred In your role, you will work within a dynamic team structure that fosters collaboration and mutual support. Close supervision will come from the Data Management Supervisor, who will guide you through your responsibilities and performance expectations.
