Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data Governance, Program/Delivery Controls, or related Governance/Quality roles.
- Proven experience implementing and operationalizing enterprise data governance programs.
- Hands-on Collibra implementation experience, including configuration and workflow design.
- Strong knowledge of metadata management and data catalog structures.
- Experience with data stewardship frameworks, roles, responsibilities, and decision rights.
- Understanding of governance escalation and accountability frameworks.
- Workers’ Compensation industry experience required.
