About the role

Nadeem Ehsan is seeking an experienced, remote Senior Data Scientist for a contract supporting go-to-market (GTM), Marketing, and Customer Success initiatives. This is a business-facing, analytics-driven role—not a product engineering position. You will develop, improve, and operationalize lead scoring and propensity-to-buy models that inform revenue-generating teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong machine learning expertise, communicates effectively with business stakeholders, and can work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand business goals and translate them into practical data science solutions.
• Build, refine, and operationalize lead scoring, propensity-to-buy, and other commercial machine learning models using Salesforce data, third-party provider data, and enterprise data sources.
• Maintain and enhance existing models to support continuity, stability, and improved performance.
• Create clear business and technical materials, including data flows, customer archetypes, model outputs, and analytical insights and recommendations.
• Explain model results and data-driven insights in straightforward, nontechnical language for business audiences.
• Collaborate with external data vendors to evaluate, integrate, and manage third-party datasets.
• Independently learn existing data pipelines, ramp up quickly, and contribute in a fast-moving environment.
