Role: Data Scientist Company: Nadeem Ehsan Location: United States (Remote, EST hours) Duration: 6 months + contract Role Type: Individual Contributor (Business-Facing) Overview Join Nadeem Ehsan as a Senior Data Scientist on a critical contract supporting Go-To-Market (GTM), Marketing, and Customer Success initiatives. This business-facing, analytics-driven role focuses on developing and operationalizing lead scoring and propensity-to-buy machine learning models that directly impact revenue teams. This is not a product engineering position. The ideal candidate has strong machine learning expertise, excellent business communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate business goals into actionable data science solutions. Develop, refine, and operationalize lead scoring, propensity-to-buy, and other commercial ML models using Salesforce data, third-party data, and enterprise sources. Maintain and improve existing ML models to ensure stability and enhanced performance. Create clear business and technical documentation including data flows, customer archetypes, model outputs, and analytical insights. Communicate model results and insights in simple, non-technical language tailored for business stakeholders. Work with external data vendors to evaluate, integrate, and manage third-party datasets. Quickly understand existing data pipelines and contribute independently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Proven experience in building and operationalizing ML models for commercial/business use cases. Strong skills in machine learning, data analysis, and data engineering. Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex analytics to non-technical audiences. Experience working with Salesforce and third-party data providers preferred.
