Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain database structures that support various applications and services. Optimize database performance through rigorous performance tuning and proactive monitoring. Implement ETL processes to ensure efficient data migration and integration with other systems. Conduct regular data backup, recovery, and security measures to maintain data integrity and availability. Utilize both SQL and NoSQL databases to meet diverse project requirements effectively. Engage in data modeling to create logical and physical models that enhance database design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data warehousing initiatives and improve data accessibility. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience working with SQL, Database Design, Data Modeling, and Performance Tuning. Familiarity with Backup and Recovery procedures and ETL Processes. Hands-on experience with NoSQL Databases and Data Warehousing concepts. Proficiency in Cloud Databases and relevant Scripting Languages. 5+ years in database engineering or related roles preferred.
