Database Engineer for a Software House

We are seeking a talented Database Engineer to join our dynamic software house based in Tehran, Iran. As a full-time member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, maintaining, and optimizing our database systems to support innovative software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain relational and NoSQL database systems to ensure optimal performance and scalability. Develop, test, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data retrieval and manipulation. Monitor and manage database security, backup, and recovery strategies to protect sensitive data. Collaborate with software developers to integrate database solutions into applications efficiently. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving database design patterns across the team. Perform regular database audits and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues. Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in database management to enhance our systems. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. At least 3 years of experience as a Database Engineer or in a similar role. Proficiency in SQL and experience with major database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with cloud database services is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Industry-standard certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft SQL Server Certification) are preferred.
