Databricks Resident Solution Architect

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Data Analytics, and Modern Data Warehousing.
• 10+ years of consulting and client-facing delivery experience.
• Proven track record of delivering 6–8+ end-to-end Databricks implementations.
• Strong combination of Solution Architecture expertise and hands-on technical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Structured Streaming, ETL/ELT pipelines, and performance optimization.
• Strong cloud expertise in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Experience with Unity Catalog, Databricks Workflows, Delta Live Tables, MLflow, CI/CD, and MLOps.
• Databricks Data Engineering Professional certification or equivalent advanced certification.
• Preferred: Databricks Solutions Architect Champion certification.
• Preferred: Experience in Public Sector, Banking, or Healthcare domains.
• Preferred: Strong ability to design scalable, high-performance, and cost-efficient data platforms.
