Daycare Attendant

About the role

We are launching an exclusive, high-end boutique dog daycare built on a calm, low-stress, structured model.

Our facility features modern private glass suites, low overall capacity, and controlled, individualized rotations.

Tasks

• Safely manage scheduled individual rotations & small structured play groups using clear operational protocols.
• Maintain pristine cleanliness standards (spot-cleaning suites, sanitizing surfaces, waste disposal).
• Execute our signature “voluntary choice” handling policy - prioritizing dog comfort, safety, and zero-force handling.
• Handle professional client drop-offs & pick-ups with brief, friendly updates.
• Monitor dog body language proactively to ensure a peaceful environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in a professional setting (commercial kennel, vet clinic, structured daycare, or professional pet care business).
• Personal pet ownership, family pets, or sitting for friends does not qualify for this solo-shift role.
• Expert at reading subtle stress signals and arousal levels.
• Reliable, punctual, and confident operating independently on a 1-staff shift.
• Friendly, professional demeanor suitable for a premium boutique brand.
