About the role
Lakeside Marine and Motorsports is hiring a Dealership Accounting Office Manager. The role is full-time, with core hours Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Additional hours or Saturday coverage may be required with advance notice.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and deposits.
- Coordinate payroll, support month-end processes, and manage office deadlines.
Requirements
- At least three years of relevant bookkeeping, dealership accounting, or office-operations experience.
- Demonstrated accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, and month-end skills.
- QuickBooks or Lightspeed EVO experience is helpful.
