Tasks

• Provide technical support, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer facilities.
• Conduct system inspections, process evaluations, and service audits.
• Support sanitation, hygiene, water treatment, and chemical application programs.
• Analyze operational data and prepare service reports and customer recommendations.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular visits and consultative support.
• Participate in field trials, validations, and implementation of new technologies and service programs.
• Identify opportunities for customer improvement and support account growth initiatives.
• Comply with company safety, environmental, and operational policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Industrial Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical service, maintenance, manufacturing operations, engineering support, or technical sales.
• Experience in food and/or beverage manufacturing facilities is required.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Schedule

• Willingness to work flexible schedules and travel throughout the assigned territory.
