Key Responsibilities Oversee daily administrative operations such as scheduling, internal and external communication, and documentation management to ensure smooth office workflow. Lead and motivate a team of administrative staff, enforcing company policies and fostering a productive work environment. Implement and continuously monitor best practices to optimize office efficiency and compliance with organizational standards. Conduct comprehensive training and onboarding programs for new administrative team members to accelerate their productivity. Develop and maintain detailed reports on administrative workflows, performance metrics, and process improvements to support data-driven decision-making. Coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring collaboration and timely completion aligned with company goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders, providing clear and professional communication. What We're Looking For Required: Technical degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of proven leadership experience in administrative roles within medium-sized companies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with common administrative and project management tools. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred: Experience with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project. Additional certifications in office management or leadership development. Fluency in English and Spanish to support cross-functional communication.
