Deli Department

Tasks

• Slice and prepare a variety of deli meats, cheeses and specialty products
• Ensure high quality, freshness and attractive presentation of products
• Keep the deli counter clean, organized and sanitary
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Weigh, package and label products
• Assist with department operations as needed

Requirements

• Reliable and hardworking
• Previous experience in a deli, food service or related field is an asset, but not required
• Good knowledge of deli meats and cheeses is a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Able to work well in a team setting as well as independently
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Commitment to cleanliness and food safety
