Join Our Team as an Independent Driver in Hawthorne, California!
Cal Jump is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals with excellent customer service skills to deliver and install bounce houses and concession machines for family homes, schools, churches, and corporate events. This is a great opportunity to earn money with a flexible schedule working weekends and/or weekdays.
Position Summary
- Load bounce houses and party equipment into your own truck, cargo van, or our van.
- Deliver and set up all equipment at event locations.
- Pick up inflatables and equipment and return them neatly to the warehouse.
- Typical work hours: 6AM-12PM for drop-offs and 4PM-10PM for pick-ups on weekends; times may vary.
- Must be able to lift 100-200+ pounds and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
- Use special dollies to transport jumpers, reducing heavy lifting.
- Earn bonus opportunities with add-on orders during breaks.
- Company-provided shirts and hats to wear while working.
Qualifications
- Must have your own pickup truck, cargo van, or SUV.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and professional with great customer service skills.
- Available to work weekends and/or weekdays.
- Bring two valid government-issued IDs (Driver's license and Social Security card) to the in-person interview.
- Successful candidates will undergo a background check before starting.
