About the role

Load bounce houses and concession machines, deliver and set up equipment at homes and event venues, then return for pickup and organize the equipment at the warehouse. Work is available on weekdays and weekends, with weekend shifts commonly scheduled around 6 a.m.–12 p.m. for deliveries and 4 p.m.–10 p.m. for pickups. Exact hours vary.

Responsibilities

• Load and transport inflatables and party equipment using your vehicle or a company van.
• Deliver, set up, take down, and return equipment neatly to the warehouse.
• Provide professional, courteous service at homes, schools, churches, and corporate events.
• Be prepared for physical, outdoor work, including lifting 100–200+ pounds and working in muddy or sweaty conditions.

Qualifications

• Required: Own a pickup truck, cargo van, or SUV. Applicants without a qualifying vehicle should not apply.
• Be self-motivated, dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused.
• Be available for weekday and/or weekend work.
• Bring two forms of valid government-issued identification to the in-person interview, such as a driver's license and Social Security card.
• Complete a background check before the first day if selected.

What to expect
