Delivery Lead

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Delivery Lead with mandatory prior experience serving State Street as a client.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow the State Street client relationshipHandle staffing requirements from intake through placementPartner with recruiting/delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillmentManage consultants, client escalations, and delivery performanceIdentify new requirements and account-growth opportunitiesWork with hiring managers, TA, procurement, MSP/VMS, and other stakeholders
Requirements:Direct experience supporting State Street – Mandatory (Anytime in Past in any way)Strong Account Management / Staffing Delivery experienceEnterprise IT staffing experience preferredMSP/VMS experience preferredDelivery leadership experienceStrong client-facing and relationship-management skillsMust be based in/around Boston, MA and comfortable with a hybrid schedule
