Demand Generation Manager

Our client is a revenue operations consulting firm for mid-market sized services organizations with a multi-location operating model. This includes roll-up businesses often backed by PE, franchises, AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction companies), and national nonprofits. The primary similarity between them all is that they operate from more than one location, where the revenue operations between people, process, data, and technology is more complex than a one-location business.
The company is tier HubSpot Solutions partner that operates at the upmarket end of the ecosystem: enterprise-scale CRM architectures, complex integrations, AI revenue solutions, multi-phase implementations, and continuous optimization of our clients’ revenue systems. The main priority for this role is to build pipeline.
You'll be handed a solid plan, a pre-scheduled content calendar, clear documentation and supporting AI (HubSpot Agents, Claude projects and Cowork skills) to speed up execution. What we need from you is someone who can hit the ground running, exercise good judgment, improve what’s already planned and work with a high degree of independence.
This is a great fit if you're an experienced marketer with demand gen skills and also enjoys variety, works well without oversight, and loves finding smarter ways to get things done.

Requirements5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in an agency or lean team environment.Hands-on HubSpot experience. You know your way around campaigns, sequences, the AI tools, and reporting.AI-forward mindset. You're actively using and experimenting with AI tools in your work, not just aware of them. (Today, our main AI tools are Claude, Gemini, and HubSpot AI.)Enjoy working independently with minimal day-to-day oversight.Ability to bring ideas to life. You can take a rough idea and turn it into an actionable plan for a new campaign, event, or webinar with limited direction.Content writing background (articles, emails, social, newsletters, case studies)Nice to HaveExperience in B2B professional services.Outbound or ABM experience.
