Job description
Tasks
- Own the demand forecast for key OEM customer accounts and lead forecast reviews with their supply chain teams
- Analyze large datasets, challenge customer demand, and coordinate with Sales, Supply Planning, and Operations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on demand planning, owning forecast accuracy
- Expert Excel skills and confidence in customer-facing conversations

Pay
- $75,000 – $82,000 + annual bonus
