Key Responsibilities Assist dentists during exams and procedures, ensuring all tools and materials are prepared. Manage clerical duties including appointment scheduling, patient record keeping, and billing inquiries. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments to maintain a safe, hygienic workspace. Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide postoperative care instructions. Welcome patients, record medical histories, and address questions or concerns. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and resolve procedural issues. Monitor dental supply inventory and assist with ordering materials. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interaction. Prior dental assistant experience preferred; motivated candidates with relevant training considered. Familiarity with dental software and tools is a plus.
