We are seeking a professional, friendly, and reliable individual to join our family-oriented team.
Tasks
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Greet and check in patients
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Collect and process payments
Requirements
- Dental or medical office experience is an asset
- Strong administrative skills
Schedule
- MondayWednesday: 8:00am4:00pm
- Thursday: 8:00am-8:00pm (1 rotating evening every 3rd week 12:00pm-8:00pm)
- Friday: 8:00am2:00pm
- Occasional Saturdays (Winter months only)
- Full-Time; Permanent
