About the role
Next Garments Job is hiring a Deputy Manager or Manager (QMS) for Victoria Intimate Limited, a leading knitwear manufacturer known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability. The role focuses on designing, executing, and sustaining internal Quality Management System frameworks, aligning factory setting and finishing operations with international quality protocols, driving CAPA management, hosting technical audits, and ensuring adherence to buyer manuals.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize QMS processes and Standard Operating Procedures across production steps.
- Coordinate and lead internal quality audits, third-party certifications, and international buyer technical audits.
- Administer the factory’s CAPA program, facilitate defect investigations, track effectiveness, and execute closure steps.
- Ensure product output meets Accepted Quality Limit standards and brand-specific technical requirements.
- Compile and analyze defect data, quality performance metrics, and trend charts for management reviews.
- Train the QA/QC workforce, line supervisors, and operations staff on compliance parameters, risk management, and defect prevention.
