We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and system-driven Deputy Manager or Manager (QMS) to design, execute, and sustain our internal Quality Management System frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning factory setting and finishing operations with international quality protocols, driving CAPA management, hosting technical audits, and ensuring strict adherence to buyer manuals. Key Responsibilities: • QMS Framework & SOPs: Develop, implement, and optimize Quality Management System (QMS) processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all production steps. • Audit Hosting & Compliance: Coordinate and lead internal quality audits, third-party certifications, and international buyer technical audits. • CAPA & Root Cause Analysis: Administer the factory’s Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program; facilitate investigations into defects, track effectiveness, and execute closure steps. • Buyer Standard Alignment: Ensure all product output meets strict Accepted Quality Limit (AQL) standards and brand-specific technical requirements. • Data Trends & Quality Metrics: Compile and analyze defect data, quality performance metrics, and trend charts to present actionable insights during management reviews. • Team Training: Train the QA/QC workforce, line supervisors, and operations staff on updated compliance parameters, risk management, and defect prevention. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Knit Garments Industry. At least 3 years’ experience in management position. Technical Skills: • Technical Skills: Robust command on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), quality data mapping, and deep understanding.
