Qualifications:
✔ Licensed Architect
✔ With Atleast 1-3 years of Licensed professional experience
✔ Strong skills in architectural design, planning, building codes, and construction methods
✔ Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Lumion, and V-Ray
✔ Knowledgeable in Cost Estimates, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
