About the Role Join Academia ClickUp, a global partner of ClickUp, as a ClickUp Solutions Designer. Lead client calls, design and implement tailored ClickUp solutions, collaborate with service teams, and support post-sales efforts. Ideal candidates have project management experience, strong communication skills, analytical and creative thinking, proactivity, and preferably fluent English. Key Responsibilities Lead client calls to understand needs and present customized ClickUp solutions, including add-ons and Academia ClickUp services. Visually design ClickUp solutions aligned with client requirements and contracted plans/add-ons. Implement ClickUp solutions addressing client-specific goals and challenges. Collaborate with service teams to align ClickUp functionalities with client objectives for efficient implementation. Develop and deliver ClickUp presentations and demos for prospective clients. Support post-sales by leading strategy and implementing contracted Academia ClickUp services. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and contract renewals. Identify and propose innovative improvements in internal and external operational processes. Provide marketing with insights to enhance lead generation and qualification strategies. Qualifications Previous experience in solution design or project management tool implementation, preferably with ClickUp. Strong leadership skills for conducting meetings and clear, effective verbal and written communication. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. Fluency in English is preferred.
