We’re Hiring: Desktop Engineer – Build Analyst IV
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week)
📅 Contract: 18 Months | Extension amp; Conversion Possible

🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and remediate Windows OS, Microsoft Office, driver, and device compliance issues.Develop and implement PowerShell automation scripts to streamline patch remediation and routine maintenance.Manage Windows 11 updates, configurations, and upgrade activities.Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring compliance issues.Collaborate with endpoint management, helpdesk, and IT teams to improve device compliance.Support enterprise applications, including vendor engagement and version management.
🔹 Required Skills amp; Experience
✅ 6+ years of experience in desktop support, workstation engineering, or endpoint maintenance.
✅ Strong knowledge of Windows 11, patch management, and driver updates.
✅ Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
✅ Experience with endpoint management and patch remediation.
✅ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
⭐ Nice to Have
Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager or SCCM.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft desktop administration certifications.
Knowledge of endpoint security and compliance best practices.
