Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software applications, and peripherals. Assist in managing and maintaining inventory of IT assets and ensuring efficient utilization of resources. Document technical support procedures and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system. Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects, contributing to system upgrades and new technology deployments. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions to users. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field. Strong technical support skills, with the ability to troubleshoot various issues effectively. Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols. Proficient in using Windows Operating Systems and macOS. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Previous internship or educational experience in IT support is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
