Building on collaborations with health systems across the U.S., Sage Care has expanded internationally to the MENA region, partnering with health systems there to deploy its AI-powered care navigation platform.

Sage Care is hiring a hands-on DevOps Engineer to help architect, scale and harden the infrastructure powering its AI-driven healthcare platform. The role owns cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platform reliability, CI/CD pipelines and Bazel-based build systems. The engineer will work closely with backend and AI engineers to support secure, observable systems for real-time, production-grade healthcare workloads.

This high-impact role offers meaningful ownership across infrastructure architecture, release engineering and production reliability, with a focus on building clean, automated systems that reduce risk and increase developer velocity.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain cloud infrastructure in GCP using Terraform.
• Architect and manage Kubernetes (GKE) clusters across development, staging and production.
