Development Product Owner

Tasks

• Define and communicate the data product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Own, manage, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders, data consumers, and technical development teams.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into clear user stories and actionable specifications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data products.
• Gather customer feedback, identify pain points, and ensure the product delivers measurable business value.
• Ensure data quality, relevance, security, and compliance with enterprise data governance standards.
• Drive product adoption, continuous improvement, and data product evolution.
• Make strategic decisions on product features, priorities, and roadmaps to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Product Ownership
• Hands-on knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
• Experience with product backlog management, user stories, and stakeholder collaboration
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Experience working with data development teams and data products is highly desirable
