DevOps Engineer – Netcracker Platform

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Production Operations
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and RDS
• CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, Git, and GitOps
• Infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm
• Messaging and data technologies: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Oracle, and MongoDB
• Monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK, OpenTelemetry, and Jaeger
• Strong Linux, Bash, Python, networking, and incident management skills
• Microsoft Entra ID administration and access control
• Experience using Claude Code or Claude API for operational automation
• Preferred: Telecom domain and high-availability platform experience
• Preferred: Java microservices production support
• Preferred: Istio, Vault, Azure, disaster recovery, resilience testing, and JVM diagnostics
• Preferred: ITIL, SLOs, incident management, and problem management
