Job description
Tasks
- perform vehicle diagnostics, investigate faults and use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve technical issues
- Interpret fault codes and diagnostic results.
- Identify underlying causes and recommend repair solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting and confirm repairs have resolved the faults.
- Maintain accurate records of diagnostic findings and completed work.
- Follow workshop safety procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
- 4–5 years’ vehicle diagnostic experience.
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience using vehicle diagnostic equipment.
- Good technical knowledge and attention to
Pay
- R18,000–R22,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience
