Job description
A tree services company in West Knoxville is hiring a full-time Diesel Mechanic. This hands-on role maintains and repairs diesel vehicles and equipment used in tree service operations. Overtime is offered, and vacation is available after one year.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Bring proven experience as a diesel mechanic.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair diesel engines, vehicle electrical systems, and related components.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of diesel engine parts and operating mechanisms.
- Use maintenance tools and mechanical and electrical power tools safely and effectively.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and deliver careful, detail-oriented repairs.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- ASE Diesel Certification is preferred.
