Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized, data-savvy E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. If you are an Excel power-user who loves turning raw data into organized listings, enjoys managing multiple moving parts, and possesses a relentless "get things done" attitude, we want you.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our Ecommerce operations—managing tasks, publishing content, and building the bulk upload sheets that drive our sales across major retail platforms.
Responsibilities● Create, format, and troubleshoot complex bulk upload spreadsheets for platforms like Home Depot, Wayfair, and similar e-commerce channels.● Clean and structure massive amounts of product data (SKUs, dimensions, pricing, and specs) to ensure 100% accuracy before uploading.● Gather sales and traffic data to build clean, actionable reports tracking how individual items are performing.● Monitor listings for errors, buy-box suppressions, or data gaps, and fix them immediately.● Publish product content, including high-quality images, optimized titles, bullet points, and rich descriptions.
Requirements● You should be incredibly comfortable with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, textfunctions, data formatting, and handling large CSV files without breaking them.● You don't wait around to be told what to do. You are resourceful, proactive, and focused on execution.● You enjoy digging in to solve a puzzle.● Flawless Attention to Detail. You double-check your work every single time.
Big Plusses● Prior experience navigating Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central (managing flat files, opening cases, managing listings) is a massive advantage.● Experience using project management tools (like Asana, ClickUp, or Trello) to keep tasks moving.● Experience working with retailer portal backends (Home Depot Link, Wayfair Partner Home, etc.)
