Tasks
- Lead and guide the team to achieve KPIs.
- Find and manage quality creators.
- Oversee multiple campaigns and ensure timely execution.
- Track key metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate with clients and teams.
- Monitor budgets and support project margin.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing.
- Strong leadership & communication skills.
- Passion for digital trends, content and creators.
- Organised, proactive and able to work under pressure.
