Digital Plant Engineer

Tasks

• Design and implement DeltaV Batch DCS solutions.
• Support process automation, DCS engineering, and OT operations.
• Deliver greenfield/brownfield pharmaceutical automation projects.
• Integrate MES and standalone automation systems with L2/L3 systems for electronic batch records.
• Support data flow mapping, data architecture, and historians such as AVEVA PI and Logmate.
• Collaborate with process, operations, IT, and automation teams.
• Ensure GMP, regulatory, and data integrity compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical API/bulk manufacturing experience.
• Strong hands-on DeltaV Batch DCS expertise.
• Automation-focused background (not primarily validation).
• Experience with large-scale automation projects and greenfield/brownfield builds.
• MES integration and L2/L3 data integration experience.
• AVEVA PI or similar historian experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, data integrity, and CSV principles.

Schedule

• Hybrid – 1 week/month onsite
• Contract – 12 months, with extension potential (3-year project)

Pay

• $95–$106/hour
