Dining Servers

Qualifications:

✅ With or without experience
✅ Hospitality, Tourism, or related course is an advantage
✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✅ Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
✅ Willing to learn and work as part of a team
✅ Honest, responsible, and hardworking
✅ Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment
✅ Willing to work on weekends and holidays
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist and attend to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in the dining area.
• Clear and reset tables promptly.
• Assist guests with buffet procedures and restaurant guidelines.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth operations.
• Maintain proper grooming, hygiene, and service standards.
• Handle customer concerns politely and report them to the supervisor when necessary.
