About the role

Lead AI transformation, technology strategy, and automation initiatives across multiple businesses.

Tasks

• Lead AI transformation and automation initiatives.
• Oversee ERP, CRM, financial systems, and business intelligence implementations.
• Build and manage technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Develop AI-driven solutions, prototypes, and scalable technology systems.
• Lead technology programs, integrations, and digital transformation projects.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data security, and technology governance.

Requirements

• 10–13 years of experience in technology leadership, AI, software engineering, or technology consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, automation, and agentic systems.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, financial systems, and business intelligence.
• Proven ability to manage technology teams, vendors, and multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
