Director/Associate Director, Pharmacovigilance Customer Success

Tasks

• Own and strengthen executive-level customer relationships across leading pharmaceutical and biotech organizations
• Drive customer success through proactive account management, adoption strategies, health monitoring, and executive business reviews
• Serve as the Voice of the Customer, partnering with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities and product innovation
• Identify and lead upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities while supporting revenue growth and retention goals
• Provide strategic guidance on pharmacovigilance, signal detection, signal management, regulatory compliance, and AI-enabled safety analytics

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, Enterprise Software, or Consulting
• Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and signal management processes (EU GVP Module IX, FDA guidance)
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders within global pharmaceutical or biotech companies
• Proven success driving customer retention, renewals, account growth, upselling, and cross-selling
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
