Director of Catering

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Catering to lead conference services for multiple hotel properties.

Tasks

• driving revenue growth, developing business strategies, and overseeing the successful execution of group meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience as a Director of Catering and Conference Services at a Four-Diamond Marriott or Starwood hotel.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, hotel leadership, and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of hotel revenue management, including pricing, forecasting, sales strategy, and inventory management.
• Proven leadership skills with experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams to achieve business goals.

Pay

• $105k to $115k
