About the role

Lead the growth of a rapidly expanding veterinary healthcare platform through new hospital development, expansions, and strategic facility projects.

Lead the planning, development, and construction of new veterinary hospitals and drive the expansion of a growing, private equity-backed veterinary platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years construction & development experience
• Healthcare facility development experience required
• Experience managing multi-site projects
• Strong budget, vendor, and project leadership skills
• 10+ years of construction and development experience
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects ($1M-$20M+)
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and project leadership skills
• Experience with multi-site growth in healthcare, veterinary, dental, urgent care, or similar environments

Schedule

• Hybrid Remote

Pay

• $200K-$250K
