About the role

Leeds Professional Resources is seeking a Director of Finance to lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning and provide financial insights for strategic and operational decisions.

Responsibilities

Partner with Controllers to analyze and report on job profitability and its drivers.
Support standardization and optimization of financial processes across entities.
Prepare and present variance analysis, explaining drivers and offering actionable recommendations.
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
Develop financial models for scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and business cases.
Analyze financial and operational trends to identify performance risks, improvement opportunities, and cost drivers.
Deliver timely reporting and executive-level insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA and/or MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with demonstrated FP&A leadership.
Strong financial modeling skills required.
