About the role
Tiffany Neffendorf is hiring a Director of Fulfillment for a digital marketing agency. The role is full-time and in-person in New Braunfels, Texas. You’ll report directly to Jacob and Tiffany and own the execution side of the business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee execution across ads, SEO, websites, content, CRM, and client onboarding.
- When something breaks, find out why and fix the process rather than just patching the problem.
- Address situations when someone on the team isn’t hitting the standard.
- Own delivery when it falls short and build something to keep the issue from happening again.
Requirements
- Agency experience is non-negotiable. Without agency experience, this isn’t the right fit.
