About the role
Riseonlineads is a digital marketing agency with about $4M in revenue, 26 people and 160+ active clients. The agency is growing and needs someone to make sure delivery runs as it should. This is not a project manager position; the role owns the execution side of the business.
Responsibilities
- Own execution across ads, SEO, websites, content, CRM and client onboarding.
- When something breaks, find out why and fix the process rather than just patching the problem.
- Address team members who are not hitting the standard.
- Own delivery shortfalls and build processes to help prevent them from happening again.
Requirements
- Agency experience is required; without it, this is not the right fit.
- Experience running fulfillment at a growing agency and the ability to build repeatable delivery systems.
