Job description
Tasks
- Lead enterprise ERP implementation and optimization, particularly Workday
- Drive IT strategy, digital transformation, and AI governance
- Oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, compliance, and service delivery
- Lead and develop high-performing IT teams
- Manage technology vendors, budgets, and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of ERP implementation and enterprise systems experience
- 3+ years in IT leadership
- Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP implementations (Workday preferred)
- Strong background in enterprise systems, change management, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with HR, payroll, and student information systems is an asset
