About the role
Build and grow a portfolio of foundation and corporate partners.
Work hand-in-hand with science and conservation staff to turn research and habitat priorities into compelling, fundable proposals.
Help shape how BTT engages its institutional partners as its program grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of fundraising experience, with an emphasis on foundation, corporate, or major gifts
- Proven proposal and grant-writing skills
- A knack for building long-term, trust-based relationships
- Bonus points for a passion for marine conservation or the outdoors
