📍 Newark, NJ & Fort Washington, PA | Multi-Site Leadership💰 $90,000–$120,000 + Benefits🕘 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9 AM–5 PM | No Weekends📞 On-Call: Phone support as needed; no on-site response required🏥 Setting: Correctional/Re-Entry & Behavioral Health
What You’ll Do:Oversee nursing operations and clinical services across three facilitiesSupervise approximately 10 nursing staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance managementEnsure regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and adherence to clinical policies and proceduresOversee medication procedures, medical records, and patient care concernsCollaborate with Medical Directors, Site Administrators, and corporate leadershipProvide clinical nursing support when staffing coverage is neededTravel between facilities and corporate office locations as required
Qualifications:Active New Jersey RN license requiredBSN required from an accredited nursing program5–10 years of nursing leadership/supervisory and healthcare administration experienceCorrectional healthcare or strong behavioral health experience requiredResidential substance use treatment experience highly preferredExperience with nursing operations, staff management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvementCPR certification requiredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to travel between multiple facilities
