Requirements
- 7–20 years of experience
- People Operations + HRBP experience
- High-growth startup experience
- Experience building HR infrastructure from the ground up
- California employment law/compliance knowledge
- Strong culture, employee experience & performance management experience
- Experience scaling a startup
Schedule
- 100% Onsite
- 5 days/week
Pay
- $212K–$267K Base
